I had a baked carving with cranberries and fries like a salad. Culinary not really outstanding but lack of alternative, and my hope that you can't do much wrong with it, first of all the right choice. For me. However, it was different to pan the carving too thick, simply fried sweetly, the pommes ok and as a refined sauce berries aud the can and tomato ketchup in packed portion. This seems to be enough to satisfy the tourists. I think you can eat better in Altöttingen.
