I had a reservation for Saturday 4 May at 9.30pm, but unfortunately once I arrived at the restaurant on time I was told (without even making any attempt at an apology, as if this were completely normal) that I would have to wait another 20 minutes because a private event. After waiting 10/15 of the estimated 20 minutes outside with the other 9.30pm reservations piling up outside the venue (honestly, it 's quite a bad scene to have 20 people outside waiting with the diners of the private event who instead go out to smoke and return as if nothing had happened), I decided to cancel the reservation. A delay can happen, especially in restaurants that work shifts, but if there is a private event you either have to guarantee the reservations of those who come later or keep the evening for the private event only. However, if you decide to have reservations after the event and the event is delayed, it seems to me that the minimum thing to do is to notify you of the delay with an email or a phone call since during the online booking phase the restaurant requires the customers ' contact details and not a Once customers show up on time, assume that (at least) a 20 minute wait at 9.30pm is ok. In my opinion, I find that there was a great lack of professionalism and respect towards customers. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
