I have several reviews under my belt but this is the first time I have found myself assigning a star. Frankly, I don 't understand he has such a high average. An absolutely forgettable dinner, it was a drip. Restaurant without dining room staff, they tell us they are all sick, staff made up of two female presences, one of which is decidedly too intrusive and absolutely incapable. I 'm in the sector and I can assure you that if it had been up to me I would have abandoned the place for the appetizer. The dinner lasted 3 hours and 30, another half hour and it would have been kidnapping, for me it was surreal, two staff cooking for 7 people, 3.5 people each. THIS IS UNCONCEIVABLE My grandmother demonstrates a total lack of professional skills; if she had died she would have been quicker. I am an average cook and I have no problem following 30 people, not being able to stay within civil times for 3.5 people is truly something inconceivable. Halfway through dinner I had the urge to go to the kitchen and prepare dinner myself. The Staff gave various excuses to justify delays and the absence of staff and to be honest I would like to point out that they offered wine, two bottles, but I cannot avoid being ruthless. Such a performance is an insult to those who pay you. If you don 't have enough staff KEEP CLOSED. The food wasn 't bad, we 're talking trattoria level, which isn 't meant to be an insult at all, but you 're a universe away from the novelle cuisine that seems to be your goal to emulate. Last point then I 'll keep quiet, the staff present identified themselves as being from the first team 's match, coincidentally, my own match. The first ones were waited for 40 minutes, there were 5 of us left in the whole place Do you realize that you were unable to bring out (assuming the other table was also at that point) five dishes together in less than 15 minutes which is the infinite amount of time I used to take in restaurants where everything had to be looked after to perfection?? I avoid reviewing the technical level with which those dishes were prepared, pasta not even creamed. As long as you are at this level you should pay your customers. Less talking, more doing guys.
