What CRISTINA TRABUCCO doesn't like about Nivà Gelato:
I asked for a half kilo tub of ice cream. Cost 25 euros!! I asked why since the price per kilo is 30 euros. Answer: the tray was 21.30 small bowl of chocolate to put on top which costs 3.50 separately. Rounded up total without even making the gesture of giving me 20 cents in change.
