I can't help but give it five well-deserved stars. Despite being very crowded, the place is very organised. Attentive and trained staff, each with their own specific role. The sandwich was simply exceptional, the quality of the raw materials is nothing short of excellent, the focaccia from Bari was like the one I ate in Bari, no difference.
