A quick but excellent piadina. The lady and the cook were disarmingly welcoming and kind. The beauty of discovering new places, when you are passing through, and falling in love with them. I ordered a Philadelphia salmon and rocket piadina during my lunch break. The piadina was absolutely insufficient, it was almost empty, a slice of salmon divided into several pieces and four rocket leaves counted. I kindly pointed this out but my request to have at least more rocket was not accepted. An adequate seasoning does not constitute a reinforcement or an excess to the cost of the piadina. Sin.
