After seeing several reels and suggestions from Boa Cama Boa Mesa, we decided to go to Alter do Chão and taste the delicacies of Páteo Real. We must highlight the friendliness of the employee who served us, who was very helpful. For starters, we opted for the farinheira and drunk pear tart and the anchovy. We tried the Alentejo style steak, with greens crumbs and French fries. The meat is very tender and comes with thin slices of sausage. For dessert, a delicious homemade salami ice cream and a brownie with olive oil and salt. A restaurant that is a mandatory stop for those visiting Alentejo.
