Sweet break on a gloomy Sunday, we chose this delightful place to have two coffees, a tiramisu and a Venetian quickly on the wooden shelf in front of the counter. We loved everything! Embarrassing. I called to find out if they made hot chocolate with water/vegetable milk and the response was: hahaha, how nice , and then hung up on me. Courtesy 0, rude response. Compliments. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Let me start by saying that I have been there many times and normally all the products are exceptional and of high quality but this time I tried the hot chocolate with the family, the classic one with cream... I'm sorry but a negative experience for all 4, very bitter and 3 out of 4 they left it there without anyone asking why, buttery cream but with little taste.
