The restaurant is very busy and reservations should be made. The staff could divide the tables among themselves, then you wouldn't be asked the same thing over and over again within a few minutes. A little less hectic and maybe listening to the guest for a minute longer would make things a lot easier. The food was delicious and the wait was worth it. Over an hour is still very long and should be taken into account.
