We came here twice during our recent visit to Sovizzo. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and this is a longstanding family run restaurant. The food is delicious. My family is from the area and when asked where to have ‘bollito’ (boiled meats) this is THE place to go. Folks have been coming here for generations and the food is always excellent. If you have the Bollito you will be served with the meat cart at the side of your table and they will ask you what you want. All very typical local foods. They also have a dessert trolly (or two).
We’re sitting eating here now and the waiter is attentive but not pushy. Helpful suggestions and double checked it was fizzy water I wanted (because I’m English and we don’t normally do fizzy). Letting us practice our Italian without launching into English. The food is delicious!
