A group of friends at lunch on Sunday: we were amazed by the experience lived. Very tender, delicate in taste, really not easy, excellent preparation in cooking and accompanying vegetables, whole, not undone, tasty: compliments to the chef!! Previously we enjoyed a light starter of sausages and homemade sublimes: Great! After the sheep, of which we all made the bis... we continued with delicious sauce, side dishes, cheese, fruit, roasted chestnuts (with novello) and desserts !!! You should not only return, but make the subscription!!!! Bravo!!!! !

To describe this place would not suffice: Cleaning, excellent quality, passion, full awareness, respect for raw materials handled, courtesy. By now butcher of trust and reference!! Great!

Nothing to excel on raw material. The beef carpaccio is found in the mouth like butter; slices of tender and juicy meat; a cut cooked at the right point. But on the cut it can be done better: I asked it condita con aceto balsamico, grana e rucola but it has come with only a shadow of cheese placed between the other side of the dish and with very little balsamic vinegar. Another sore note, if so you want to call, was the lack, in the menu, of contours, such as grilled vegetables or the inevitable potatoes alforno or cooked under the ashes. For the rest nothing to exceed. The price may be a bit high compared to the competitors in the area but can stand there.
