The focaccia with tomatoes and the focaccia with tomato sauce were just amazing! The best focaccia I’ve ever had and more than approved by my Italian boyfriend !

Historic bakery of Altamura. Bakery products such as focaccia, bread, taralli and various biscuits (with vegan options) are good. But the real problem with this bakery is the price. It is exaggerated to pay €8 for a wheel of focaccia, when in the rest of the city there are other equally good and perhaps better bakeries, where you pay less (e.g. €2/4 for a wheel of focaccia). Oldest bakery, they have the BEST vegan focaccia. They close for siesta, so until 5.30pm they are closed.
