free time with counter service and internal seat. we had tweebel rings, garnel, cadry, oysters, red borons, mac n cheese and maisbrot. I'd pass on the oysters next time, but fortunately order every rest. the cornbread is like, sweet, I think it is grilled, and has a zimt taste on the edges. the immersing sauce they get with everything is also delicious. This place is horribly overpriced for mediocre food. They’ve apparently raised their price of crabcakes by AN EXTRA THREE DOLLARS PER CRAB CAKE. They don’t even note it on their menu board and it only shows up on your receipt. $16 for 3 shrimp and a crab cake with 2 sides is beyond ridiculous. The read beans and rice is yellow rice with unseasoned beans lol but everything else was delicious. MAC CHEESE was good too. Just a very small portion. And the cornbread was the best part of the meal
The cornbread was delicious! The meal was very satisfying, the salad was extremely fresh, and the shrimp was well-cooked and flavorful. The grape soda complemented everything perfectly.
I absolutely adore this restaurant. The food is always delicious whenever I dine here. Their macaroni and cheese is amazing.
I agree with everyone else about the cornbread at this restaurant. I can't stop thinking about it a day later. The mac and cheese was delicious, fresh, and hot, but I waited too long to eat it. I'll make sure to have it first next time. I'm really picky about this dish, so that was my bad, not theirs. As for the shrimp, I personally prefer more breading, but their menu says it's lightly breaded. I can forgive that if lemon is offered. The seafood sauce was a good alternative. It was a little overcooked, but it arrived hot and as fresh as you can expect for delivery.
Shrimp was okay. It was hot and fresh I just like my food more seasoned so I added more myself. My red beans and rice was good just needed salt. Now the cornbread on the other hand was the best cornbread Ive ever had. I will definitely be back for more cornbread. Lastly my sweet tea was left out of the order somehow.
