Panera Bread - Altamonte Springs

I had a troubling experience at this Panera location where the soup served to my 4-year-old was so hot that it resulted in second-degree burns. We ordered a child's meal, and they seemed to think serving scalding soup was acceptable. My child had to be taken to the emergency unit at Arnold Palmer Kinderkrankenhaus and is now living in fear of hot food. Although Panera claimed the soup temperature was within the normal range, it was clearly overheated, as it came straight from the microwave. They have refused to take any responsibility for the incident, and while I would share photos of the burns, they are in a sensitive area. Panera has also declined to offer any compensation. I strongly advise avoiding this location and any other Panera restaurants. They were warned.

The restaurant is clean and safe for dining. While it markets itself as a full-service establishment, it actually operates more like a fast food venue. It's not inefficient, but it lacks some of the flair suggested by its advertising.

I ordered her menu has changed definitiw, and not the better. i come from st. louis, mo. so the brot is made from St.Louis bakery co. . they had no roggen, weizen or white brot, not because it was not delivered, but they do not wear this brote. I went out and did the people behind me. I couldn't believe it!

Napa chicken salad sandwich...got a tuna salad sandwich....so wrong, what if I had allergies on fish....my wife ordered her sandwich without Mayo...Gäste what? she got mayo. filling an order is not so difficult. please train her personal. $30.00 buck wasted. Just sad. I'd give a zero if I could.

Love there food. But the kid working today took to long just to get mac and chs because he had to finish his story. I ask if he can finish with my order then talk all you want. His respond was. I can multitasking smh. No he couldn't.
