However, the staff at Huey Magoo's turned my casual walk in into a moment of genuine human connection that took my breath away. They took the time to ensure my order was meticulously crafted to perfection, adding a personal touch that's rare in today's fast food industry.Upon my arrival, the guy behind the counter took note of my red digital camera lanyard, which sparked an engaging conversation about cameras. On multiple (3) occasions I have ordered cookies on Uber eats and they were not included in my order.Also in big letters NO ICE 3 times stated in order notes and still added ice to my order on 2 ocasions.Food: 1/5

Today my boyfriend asked me to stop by and get us some food before coming to his house. I order my food with ISAIAH. When I get there I asked to pay for my food and if I can also have ketchup with the two meals and extra toast i ordered. 5 minutes passes by and ISAIAH hands me my order. I leave and head to my boyfriends house 15 minutes away. When I get there I realize the toast that came with the meal and extras I paid for wasn’t there. There wasn’t any sauce or any ketchup that I had asked for 5 minutes prior to receiving my order?I call ISAIAH back and advised I now I have to come back because I am missing 6 of the items I PAID for and also tipped on. I asked if he could remake the order because I didn’t want soggy food. And he suggest that I eat the food right away and have the toast for dessert!!!!! That they don’t offer free food!!!! I have been in the service industry for 15 years and NEVER HAVE I EVER heard such a callous response. When I return for the remaining items before I could step foot back in the door he says “you want toast?”. By this point I’m shaking in my boots because now you’re playing with my lively hood. I work for my money and I expect that someone handling MY FOOD take me serious especially if I’m a paying customer and a tipping one! I have never experienced anything like this ever as a server and as someone who is served. And I will never ever ever come back here again. Thank you ISAIAH.

Bathrooms were a mess, one of the managers were extremely rude when my order was wrong and it was undercooked as well. Sauce quality was almost tasted expired. All around will not be going here to this location ever again.Food: 1/5

I went to Huey Magoos with family. They enjoyed it very much. I'm vegetarian , so I just had the diet soda , and went next door to Tijuana Flats and had a veggie burrito. Huey Magoos could use a little creative help with their menu.Vegetarian options: There aren't any vegetarian options at Huey Magoos.
