Einstein Bros. Bagels

Can't even get a simple online order right and have no way to reimburse me for my inconvenience. Also order said it would be ready in 15-20 minutes and I'm coming in 10 minutes and it's all cold.

I've been cut two bagels by my dozen pickups. It's never happened before. I called Mary back to tell her I was two short. She's so nice and assures me I could pick her up, plus an extra for my problems later a day. I wanted to pick up, Mary wasn't there. I saw that the storage bag was marked from 3 to 2, over which I did not complain. The manager said I must be wrong that I have 11 and that wasn't a baked dozen! As if I were mistaken or exploited! I order dozens all the time! Customer service should compile their loyal customers, not insult them!

Good people, good choice, great bagels. I only had a problem once, I think the person was new, but the problem was corrected. We received or received correct order and had no problem ever since.

The staff here works very hard to let the line flow and keep the customers happy. The food is always perfectly cooked and the staff is attentive to your needs. You need to find a way to call online order names when placing orders on the customer's shelf. Otherwise, they push the shelf on their orders and check every bag as it comes out.

Amazing food, I had a custom bagel with fresh salmon, a mocha latte, and a Santa Fe Bagel (to go) I prefer their coffee over others. Spent a good portion of the day with a business partner at a table. This was my first time sitting inside. It's a nice atmosphere and you can easily carry a conversation. Their staff was attentive and above friendly. I will definitely be back.
