Super great customer service! I accidentally didn’t order the meal and forgot to tell them the code in the intercom. I told the lady At the window if she could make it a meal. Super nice and was like yeah no problem and was very helpful. Haven’t had a outstanding experience with fast food workers but this place they all seemed happy and lively it really changes the mood.My food was perfectly made and in a timely matt... What Pamela Schmidt doesn't like about Burger King:
I tried to visit this restaurant for breakfast at 9 o'clock on the last two days, but unfortunately, it was completely closed. There wasn't a single staff member working, and there were no signs on the doors or windows indicating what was happening. I’m not sure what’s going on, but I won’t be wasting my time trying to come back here again. View all feedback.
This burger king is absolutely the worst almost food location I have experienced. they can take 5 minutes to recognize them while driving Tge, and then have a attitude about it when they finally come to them. if they have a problem of food quality (rock hard swirl rings with molten plastic in them) they could take care of less and treat them like they have no real reason to complain. I like BK breakfast, and I give them a chance every few months. I can absolutely say they get worse every time. call their business number. it's out of service. I'm done with this place. no more chances.
Don't go here the service is terrible. How I can make an order see it pop up on screen go to the window and only pay and receive half my order is beyond ne snd then you have the nerve to tell me I didn't order anything else? I will never go to this burger King again I sincerely hope you guys go out of business
The owner of this place should be ashamed. Everything is falling apart and not being repaired. They are constantly under staffed and the poor employees struggle to do their best. The ONLY good thing is the people that work here. My heart breaks for them working in such an environment.
Worst Burger King ever sat in the Drive-Thru for 25 minutes was told to wait a few minutes and then I just left because I had to be somewhere I thought it was supposed to be fast food. And the time I sat there I could have went and ate at like a sit-down dying in restaurant and enjoyed like an hour-long meal. No more Burger King ever for me.
Waited 5 minutes to even place my order while at the speaker. Then waited 15 to even get my food. I don’t blame the staff. I blame management for not having enough help. They’re severely under-staffed. If you can’t afford to have 5 people working on a weekend you need to close your doors.
