I recently enjoyed a fantastic takeout lunch from this restaurant. The quality of the food was exceptional, earning a perfect score of 5 out of 5. The service was equally impressive, also earning a 5 out of 5; the staff was attentive and efficient, ensuring a smooth ordering process. Additionally, the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was inviting, contributing to a wonderful dining experience. Every since my family and I have moved to this town we have dealt with nothing but horrible customer service from this Casey store. The last time that did it was when come to find out the manager Linda was the one who cussed about me and called me stupid to the customer behind me because I had hit cash back when I didn’t see the no cash back sign at 530. I get it but was there was no reason to trash talk me as a customer to another customer. Unprofessional and just plain distasteful. Casey’s Corporate received a call this time. Hopefully they finally clean house and get some good decent clean employees in there to work and change the atmosphere.
I moved just a block down the road six months ago, and I have yet to encounter a cashier who isn't cold and rude. They seem to treat every customer as an inconvenience. I've been trying to avoid going there as much as possible. Meal type: Other Price per person: $20–30
I dislike having to prepay for gas.
