This store just missed out on a $30 order by closing 4 minutes early. Hope this is not an everyday occurance. I do like the store, however clean and friendly. Food is always fresh.

There's a small seating area available, but I usually prefer to take my sandwich to go.

I accidentally placed a mobile order at this location, which is in Altadena while I live in Bakersfield. I tried calling to cancel the order, but no one answere... read more I accidentally placed a mobile order at this location, which is in Altadena while I live in Bakersfield. I tried calling to cancel the order, but no one answered. When they finally did pick up, they left the phone down without saying a word while I could hear them moving around. There was no greeting or even an indication that they were busy. After waiting, I hung up and tried calling again, but this time they had disconnected the line, sending me straight to an uninitialized voicemail. I find this behavior extremely unprofessional for a business. I haven’t been able to cancel my order at all. For anyone thinking of contacting this store, I wouldn’t bother; they clearly won’t answer and will just disconnect the call. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

The person who took my order and prepared my sandwich was friendly and courteous, and he did a fantastic job. I've been working in the area lately, so I'll definitely be returning more often.
