It's a typical Subway. The staff are friendly, and the place is clean. There is a small seating area, but I usually order my sandwich to take away.
I accidentally placed a mobile order at this location, which is in Altadena while I live in Bakersfield. I tried calling to cancel the order, but no one answered. When they finally did pick up, they left the phone down without saying a word while I could hear them moving around. There was no greeting or even an indication that they were busy. After waiting, I hung up and tried calling again, but this time they had disconnected the line, sending me straight to an uninitialized voicemail. I find this behavior extremely unprofessional for a business. I haven’t been able to cancel my order at all. For anyone thinking of contacting this store, I wouldn’t bother; they clearly won’t answer and will just disconnect the call. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
I had an excellent sandwich during my visit to this place. The person who took my order and prepared my sandwich was friendly and courteous, and he did a fantastic job. I've been working in the area lately, so I'll definitely be returning more often.
THEY DONT LET YOU USE THE BATHROOM
The staff had an attitude, and it doesn't make sense that there are no restrooms for customers dining in. I couldn't even wash my hands.
