You 'll notice quickly that every dish has been created with passion and thoughtfulness to have the best vegan dish possible. We 've learned that wine is not automatically vegan (has to do with how the wine is clarified and a process called 'fining ' but of cause they also have vegan wine on the list. It is a bit more expensive here, but totally worth it. The restaurant is part or a hotel next to a beautiful lake, but everyone not only guests can visit the restaurant. The service is very friendly and the setting is relaxed.
