The chicken is good, don?t get me wrong, but the customer service sucks, i do have the right to know the amount of my food before I agree to purchase it . I may have needed to stop at the atm before I come to your establishment, but u tell me u willcall me when the food is ready without me knowing the total. Stop putting unprofessional people in your place of business .Training is definitely needed!

I lobe this Harold's chicken shack. I ate at 87th Dan Ryan for years and never thought I will find a replacement when they closed. The best convenience about this Harold's they will call you in 20 minutes like they say and i can drive thru and pickup.

The young lady Kendra who answers the phone and takes orders needs an entire attitude adjustment. And I'm really being generous in calling her a young lady. She's very rude, short, snappy when you ask a question, and makes you hesitant on wanting tosupport black businesses due to poor customer service. This young lady is doing this business a disservice with her nastyattitude. Clearly this poor customer service is normal behavior hence the other reviews with similar experiences as mine and thedefensive response of the business owners.

Normally these shacks be my fav. Food was decent,Only order thru drive in, drive away return to pickup 25 min later, Covid restrictions still in place at this one shack(not all Harolds operare like this) Since I may be only person that may feel likeits over presumptious at this time since even the US president says pandemic is over

Love this Harold's because the chicken is always good, and they have a drive thru window. Parking lot is a bit small for waiting, because it's a shared lot. So they try to call you once it's ready for pick up. Nice place!
