Contribute Feedback What Clotilde doesn't like about Cilantro's Mexican Food:
Too bad there is no ZERO stars. My elderly mother told the cashier that her food was too watery. She asked to speak with a manager. The cashier grimaced, refused to get a manager, yelled a few hostile phrases and said that Cilantro's does not give refunds, replace or, remake meals. Her attitude brought to mind horror stories about consequences of expressing dissatisfaction with food. Namely, SPIT, SNOT, BOOGERS and W... View all feedback.
Great food will definitely recommend here in viejas the fresh waters as well
I was honestly surprised how good this is. both the california burrito and the tj street tacos were delicious.
This restaurant has very poor service and the food is awful. I was served a dish that was extremely salty and tasted like slop. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was met with hostility and aggression. The cashier rushed over to my table and rudely informed me that there was no manager available and that the restaurant does not remake or replace food under any circumstances. If you enjoy terrible food, terrible service, and feeling threatened, then this is the place for you.
If I could give them a zero rating, I definitely would. The girl at the counter never once smiled. I was not familiar with the restaurant so I asked her some questions, but she seemed bothered by it. When I asked about the size of the soda, whether it was large or small, she looked at me as if I had said something inappropriate. I ended up just walking out without ordering anything, and I will not be recommending this place or returning in the future.
This restaurant is terrible with bad customer service. I spent around $40, including my drinks, and then went back to buy an 8oz soda with 10oz of orange juice which cost me an additional $5. When I asked for empty mugs for my child, the server said it would be $2.19 for each mug. The hostess at the door was also rude. I will never be returning to this place.
