Was really excited to try out a local coffee spot as that’s one of my favorite things to do when visiting new towns. Right off the bat, there was a lot of negative vibes. Can not even check the coffee here cuz the baristo was so incredibly pretentious, I just went after the attempt to order. tried to order a pour over coffee and was told, not recommended, not suggested, but told would not leave me space for cream. the fact that I didn't even ask for room at first, literally only after a pour over coffee and then was dictated how I drink my coffee this day because it takes 30 minutes and...so? I guarantee that you don't pour over so well that a splash of cream is the liquid gold they think they brew. this is a caffe in the small town of Texas. I get you seriously, should also mention it was the best time on Saturday morning, and there was literally nobody else in there, or someone else came after us.

This is my preferred coffee shop whenever I visit! You must try the iced strawberry matcha – it's delicious!
This cafe is conveniently located on the main street and the coffee is excellent.
