Willy's Mexicana Grill - Alpharetta

9/13/22 7:59 pm-Mr. Charlie and staff of young people were awesome!!! My son and I got there just before closing and they took our orders without hesitation. They greeted us with smiles and pleasant attitudes. The facility was clean and they made our to go orders just right! Delicious!! We will return many times again!

This was my first time ordering online from Willy 's. Initially, I placed a catering order, which was my mistake. I should have placed an individual order. I spoke to Charlie at the Windward location and he corrected my mistake so my order wouldn 't be processed. I needed the order today, Thursday, not Wednesday. Thank you, Charlie for helping me get it corrected! When we picked up the order, Charlie came out with all the orders. It was nice to meet him in person. He offered to carry it out to our vehicle, but I brought in two students to help me carry out the bags. Each bag had a name on it which made it SO easy distributing to our students. Thank you!! The only thing that was wrong with our order was that the online menu said 'TWO tacos made the same way ', and the four students who ordered the tacos, only received one each.

Charlie and his team are excellent! They were able to help me with a last minute lunch order for 15 people and got it done early. Great service and great food! Highly recommended!

I ordered food to be delivered from Willy?s Alpharetta windward Pkwy. Door dash arrived at the restaurant to pick up the food and the driver refused to take the food and left. Thankfully, I the manager contacted me immediately and delivered the food. The family enjoyed the food and I did not have to stress. Thank you so much to the manager of this store!!

First time I ordered here with Ubereats, I was very pleased with the portion, presentation and taste. I couldn?t finish it but I couldn?t bring it home bc it gets soggy after a few hours. But it was my fault cuz I ordered a little early. It came with super crunchy chips. This was for lunch at work. Will order again.
