Wild Wing Cafe - Alpharetta

Terrible service. The waitress came by once and never came back after an hour. Ask for the manager and he didn't even come to us.

We've been in Wild Wing for several years. The last 1.5 years of service has been met or missed. They are painfully understated. We understand and never failed our servers. Tonight the food took well over an hour. We just took part in our order. Management is the problem. You should not allow so many tables to sit if there are not enough servers. We saw some people go out after we didn't even buy a drink. The positives were that at least the food was good and our server Ryder was great. He went out of his way to do what he could do for us. It'll take a long time to get back.

I gave one star because of the wings I recieved. I don 't recall The Boss flavored wing looking burnt.. I could not eat them..

This place was good. But not anymore. I order curly pommes and cheese sticks on the phone. I said it'll be ready in 15 minutes. I reached there in 15 and I was told it will take more time. They weren't busy at all. There was only one table in the restaurant and three people at the bar. Nevertheless, the food was not ready. After 30 minutes the order was ready for the bars. So it took 45 minutes to order frits and cheese sticks. Somehow when I came home and sat down to eat (I am literally 2 minutes away from them) the frits and cheese sticks were cold. Even it didn't seem like they were done that day. It seemed like someone from the kitchen in the grocery store next to the same complex had frozen fries and cheese sticks and heated. No wonder they're inspiring customers. No wonder there were literally 6 people on a Saturday night in the restaurant. I know I'm not going back.

The service was fast and friendly, but the wings were dry and practically tasteless.
