Taco Mac Mcdonough, Georgia need to be shut down. Everytime I order via Uber eats I am missing food or it's wrong today my burger was burnt black on the outside and smelled burnt inside completely raw and pink with blood! It even said it was signed off by BJ eventhough items on my receipt clearly not in the bag aswell and they refuse to give my money so I will be going to the location and telling all customers their are cockroaches in the food and meat with blood on it! I called manager was rude hung up on my face denied they did this on purpose because it's not the 1st time this has happened.

Arrived at 12:57pm. Server said it would be an hour or more for wings so I opted for egg rolls. She just told me no egg rolls. So I've now wasted my lunch period and have to go to Steak n Shake just so I can eat.
Fraudulent charges have been charged to my account from the Peachtree St. Store. Managers at the store have been absolutely no help. Calls and Emails to corporate go unanswered. I am going to be forced to dispute all of the charges with my card issuer as well as take any legal action that is available to insure this does not happen to anyone else, As well as criminal charges against the employees
Do not risk spending your money here. I ordered online and after a 90 minute wait was told my food would not be delivered (doordash driver 's fault). I was still charged. Very little outlet or resources to contact. The store phone rings with no answer. I emailed to request a refund, providing all details of dates and transactions, and was told that I should not have been charged and to 'wait a few days '. Clearly no research or effort was made into my inquiry. I responded and requested that this be researched and refunded immediately as it had already been over a week at that point. I was continuously ignored until I filed official complaints, even then there was no accountability and no responsiveness. If you don 't want even a small chance of dealing with this pathetic nonsense for some below average greasetrap then do not do business here.
