Taco Mac - Alpharetta
Taco Mac
Description
This restaurant’s appeal lies in its vibrant atmosphere, complete with numerous screens for sports enthusiasts. While some menu items, such as the chicken wings and crispy Brussels sprouts, received praise, the food quality was inconsistent, often described as fair to subpar. Service issues were frequently highlighted, ranging from long wait times to inattentive staff. Although a few patrons enjoyed their visits, many expressed frustration with both service and the overall dining experience. Overall, while the restaurant offers affordable options, it may not be the best choice for those seeking quality food and attentive service.

The food here has always been pretty good for what it is (sports bar). Definitely better than “B-Dubs”!! But, I rarely came here because the customer service was average at best! However, I’ve noticed recently that the customer service has really improved. The wait times have gone down and more importantly, the staff has definitely improved! Much more friendly, and attentive, genuinely good people!! Great place to catch a game! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
My wife and I ordered wings, fried pickles and two strawberry lemonades NO ice. The waitress brought out two NOT even half full strawberry lemonades cups stating that it’s corporate policy to give the same amount with or without ice. How is Taco Mac corporate tracking their NO ice poured strawberry lemonades? Is Taco Mac? We will NEVER order from THIS Taco Mac again. Service: Take out Food: 4 Service: 3
We visited Taco Mac for the first time, and I was truly impressed by both the service and the quality of the food. The atmosphere was lively and energetic—though a bit loud, it matched the overall vibe of the place. We ordered the loaded chicken quesadilla, roasted slow burn wings, and a peaches and cream cronut. Each dish was served hot and bursting with unique flavors. The wings were especially memorable—fresh, crispy, and with a slow burn that left us reaching for more despite the heat! Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’d definitely return. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Yet again. I sit there for 25 minutes. We get seated, no one comes by. We waive at servers (who aren?t busy) but yet no one comes. I tell the hostess who tells a server. Again, no one serves us. This literally happens 90% of the time I go to taco Mac.They have good (A- to B+)food but the absolute worst service of any restaurant on earth. Every. single. time. Do You self afavor go somewhere else. We were there on a Saturday college football game day and there were less than 30 people in the entirerestaurant. As other reviews say it?s just a matter of time until this place is gone. Good riddance. Less than a mile away isWild Wings Cafe. Go there?.seriously?.
