Taco Bell - Alpharetta

This location is currently undergoing some construction, but both the indoor seating and drive-thru are open. The food is great, and the service is quick.

The drive-thru was not open during the remodel as advertised, and the only option to order was through a kiosk that doesn't provide the full menu. It felt unwelcoming when I walked in.

Old: My previous experience was quite disappointing. They mistakenly used ground beef instead of chicken, and I didn’t even receive the bill with my order. Additionally, the service was very slow. Overall, both the portions and the quality of service had declined.

At 1:22 today I was sent here by Doordash to pick up an order and the woman behind the counter told me to cancel the order she was not doing it .Then doordash tried calling to request the order be made and the gal working refuse. I also tried to place 2 personal orders and she told me no,obviously not wanting to be bothered to work! Crazy turning away good customers and orders they actually accepted then would not do. Never would I return to a place that has such rude and

Is this location open? I tried three times to go and each time the dru thur qas blocked off. They need to up date the website with proper operational times. Then I will redo this review
