Starbucks - Alpharetta

The restaurant offers a variety of flavors and outstanding service! When we arrived, there was a line stretching out the door, but the staff worked quickly and efficiently. The coffee chocolate chip dessert was incredible! The building itself has a fascinating history. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Savannah!

I am not a person who leaves bad reviews because everyone has his bad days. yet shannon (I believe her name) has proven me wrong, it is very consistent in a bad attitude. Every time I come in and see her, I know my day goes to an acidic start. I think they should treat others as they want to be treated, but they do so in a way. the other dame who works there is super sweet and I wish I knew her name, I am always happy to see her! I am surprised that shannon is busy because of the amount of complaining.

There is a rude older women, glasses, who’s named Shannon, seems to always have an attitude. She has me wait while she slowly cleans the counter, doesn’t smile, gets impatient with me a few times when I ordered in the past, throws my bagged food on the counter, and just seems so unhappy and just ready for me to get out her face. I’m getting a bit uncomfortable. Her whole demeanor is off everytime I go there and she’s working. Other family members of mines have experienced the same bad customer service from Shannon also, so I know it’s not just me.Other than that, everyone else is friendly. I do also wish they had the point system. But their foods and drinks are just as good, don’t have no complaints with their items

I discovered this place at Kroger, and it’s one of the smallest Deaducks I've visited. Compared to other locations, they have a limited selection of snacks and drinks. When I arrived, I had to wait a bit since the barista was away, but once she returned, the service was quick and efficient. There are also a few seats available if you want to sit down and enjoy your drink. I’m giving it a rating of 4 because they really need to improve their cleanliness. I'm not sure about the customer traffic, but if they get a good amount of patrons, they could definitely consider adding more snack and drink options.
