Schlotzsky's - Alpharetta

My sandwich was really good I did the pick two and got the Fiesta Turkey with loaded baked potato soup which was okay. Order the Texas tater tots ummm don't waste your money. Order wasn't correctly filled had to go back in. My Cinnabon was dry. The place was clean, staff somewhat weird, customer service mediocre. Again sandwich was great!

Came here for lunch and ordered online for pickup in the drive thru. The food we received was exactly based on what we ordered. The food was delicious and the service was good.

The dining area is still nearby. I had to go through. Mic was almost incomprehensible so the order was frustrating. Ordered two comb dishes and 2 packs of Cinnabons. They had to check if they were still at 3:30. Order. Rootbeer was flat and had to go back. The guy in the seating area sat there watching me while he ate, I suppose he was on the break. Finally, replacement drinks did not get original request. 15 minutes later, came back to the car and said son, he should eat while it was hot and then also discovered several hundred yards on the street they had?t put Cinnabon $6.99 2 pack) in the bag either. When I came back, no one answered the door, so I had to go through. Tell the staff that it was not a great experience and mentioned that the staff eating inside could have been more helpful both times that I had to come back), he instead of just saying, I'm sorry that I hope we can make it better, he tried a number of excuses, including the guy inside not help because he saw a customer above comment). One of the sandwiches was decent #7) other pretty missing Luster #6). Recommend the company or Franchisee to monitor employees and service levels at this location. Many options Popeyes and McDonalds on both sides and a wealth of others just on the street. Disappointed, least to say.

Visited the drive thru around lunch time so was expecting a bit of a delay in service. There were only a couple of cars in line so thought I may have gotten lucky. Unfortunately 15 mins later I realized that was mistaken?.the service was VERY slow. Then when I finally received my sandwich and drove away, I check and see that I was given the wrong sandwich! ?? I return and walk inside this time only to see part of the issue. The place seemed very short staffed with basically 2 people servicing sandwiches for online orders, drive thru and the customers walking in at lunch. Another 15 min wait for me to get the right sandwich this time. Anyway the turkey club sandwich was actually good. The chips were very salty so wouldn?t suggest the combo. I like Schlotzsky?s sandwiches but wouldn?t recommend visiting this location unless you have time to spare.

I hadn't been to Schlotzsky's in over 10 years. I was excited to get the Deluxe Original which had always been my favorite. Due to a communication mix up, I ended up with the $14 Giant size. I went ahead and paid and then proceeded to try and eat this massive sandwich. It didn't disappoint. It was fresh and incredibly delicious! I instantly remembered why I love this sandwich so much. I'll definitely go back only next time I'll be more careful about what size I'm ordering!
