Round Two for us at Ichiban. I think Ichiban is quickly becoming our go to sushi spot. Tonight I went for the Spicy Creamy Scallop sushi side, with there MOO sushi entree. The scallops had a nice texture and heat that wasn't overbearing. The entree was made with steak, shrimp tempura, scallions and spicy ponzu. The spice heat from the ponzu built with each bite.
