Five Guys - Alpharetta

The food was prepared on request, even the seasoned were as desired. I called the load directly to order a command for the trip. I had ordered a bacon cheeseburger, salattomat, extra, fresh chopped wobble (not fried), fried mushrooms, jalapenos, xtra BBQ sauce on burger w/extra mayo and BBQ sauce on the side, middle soda, fries and a small cheeseburger, salat, tomatoen. my cost was $30.02, I actually rated 4 stars because they were so expensive, but the customer was amazing so that she deserves all 5 of her stars. they also do large portions, so they can have 2 meal times

Just placed and got my order. Cashier nice friendly. I have no problem with the food but what i don't understand is how can everyone in the store wear mask properly and the young guy with glasses doesn't. He touches his mask while preparing food, he yells over food being cooked and fixed. He just shows poor hygiene. Yet the manager I'm not sire ignore it because their desperate and need people so they accept anything or just don't care. Not sure, but all i can think about is snot dripping from his nose on my sandwich. So i watched him like a hawk.

I made an online order, went to pick up and found the store was closed. I called the HQ and they said I would get a refund but that never happened. I also emailed them but nothing happened. Having to claim a dispute through my bank was pretty annoying. Why take orders when the store is closed? like... why? ugh this isn't really the store problem I guess but more like Five Guys' website problem....

The food is good. Extremely overpriced! It will be a long time for me to return. Better options out there.

They gave my food to someone who was not my grubhub delivery person. i called to ask what was going on, They were extremely rude. fries tasted like they were hours old. never again will i order from here.
