This was my first experience dining here, and I found the place quite inviting. There were only two customers during my visit, and I noticed that both the interior and exterior were very clean. What Margret Koss doesn't like about Chick'ncone:
I was really disappointed! The chicken was cold and stale, and the place was empty. I expected them to take better care of their only customers, but I was mistaken! View all feedback.

This was my first experience dining here, and I found the place quite inviting. There were only two customers during my visit, and I noticed that both the interior and exterior were very clean. The cashier was friendly and made my experience pleasant. I ordered my food in advance, and it was ready for pick-up when I arrived. I’m giving it 4 stars because the fries were overly salty, and the caramel milkshake only had caramel pieces on top of the vanilla shake. I had expected it to be caramel-flavored throughout. As for the chicken, I’m still on the fence about it; it wasn't bad, just different from what I anticipated. Overall, I'd be willing to come back again.
I would rate this place a 3.5 and leave it at that. The food arrived quickly, and the service was friendly. However, I felt that the portion sizes were quite small considering the prices. The menu is very straightforward, and the sauces are good. I really like the cone concept, and the food smells fantastic, but I think the portions are more snack-sized. The milkshake was delicious and paired well with the chicken and cone. Overall, while the taste was decent, I found the food to be rather simple.
We enjoyed this meal more than we were expecting. The waffle cones are made fresh and filled with your choice of tossed chicken nuggets. We had the Buffalo Blue and BBQ Chicken Cones with fries and mac n cheese. Everything was served hot and fresh. The fries were crispy, the mac was cheesy and the nuggets went all the way to the bottom of the cone. They also served sandwiches, tenders, and slushees. We will be back for sure. Two cones, two fries and one slushee $32
Craving a fast chicken lunch on Sunday in Alpharetta isn’t a great spot to be. Chick-fil-A is closed, KFC is permanently closed, and Popeye’s is still struggling to serve guests in under an hour. So, we gave Chick’n Cone a shot.First the good. The staff was extremely pleasant, smiling and helpful to first time guests. We got samples of the various sauces to try, and after ordering our food came out fairly quickly. The less than good is that the food is really blah. Spicy, yes. Average, yes. Worth going out of the way, definitely not. Everyone has different tastes but for me, it’s a no.
