Buffalo Wild Wings - Alpharetta

Went to watch NFL games and it served it 's purpose. The service was great.Food was more like a 3.5. Cauliflower app was awesome. My Cobb salad had a ton of chicken, but had some excess seasoning that was not needed and I could not finish it. My daughter 's kid burger was cooked to a temp of well . Her personal preference is more along the lines of medium. She said it was dry, but the fries were fries. Not bad, not exceptional.Kid-friendliness: They have a standard kids menu.

The wings tasted as if they had been cooked the day before and simply reheated in the microwave after being coated in a sauce that can only be described as BBQ-flavored gasoline. We waited more than 20 minutes at the door, despite several tables being open and available. Half of the order showed up just as we were about to leave, and it only arrived after we asked for it to be taken off the bill. I won't be returning.

I called in my order, and the person who answered the phone was very friendly. I let him know how much I appreciated the excellent customer service, which is hard to find these days. The wings were fantastic, earning a solid 10. However, the fries were hard and unappetizing, so I couldn't eat them. I plan to visit again, but only for pickup. I also noticed that the interior of the restaurant had an unpleasant smell.

I can no longer order takeout from this restaurant, which is disappointing because the food is good. Unfortunately, the service just hasn't improved. During my last visit on Saturday, October 28, 2023, I placed an online order at 7:45 PM for a pickup at 8:30 PM. When I arrived at the restaurant, I noticed seven people already waiting—definitely not a good sign. I didn’t receive my order until 8:55 PM after standing there for 25 minutes. To make matters worse, when I checked my order, I realized that my fries were missing. This required me to wait an additional five minutes for the complete order. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I think I will explore other dining options in the area.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Buffalo Wild Wings and I must say, it was absolutely dreadful. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the service was going to be subpar.To start, it took a staggering 30 minutes for a waiter to even acknowledge our presence and take over someone else's table to assist us. We were left wondering if anyone even cared about our dining experience. We had to resort to asking a manager to check if our food was even being prepared, which is completely unacceptable.The incompetence of the staff was further highlighted by the experience of a family sitting beside us. Their food was brought out in four separate trips because it wasn't ready at the same time. Each time the waitress brought out more plates, I foolishly thought it was finally my food arriving, only to be disappointed as it was more food for the neighboring table. This lack of coordination and attention to detail was truly disheartening.When my food finally did arrive, it was a complete mess. Not only did they mess up the wing flavors that I had specifically ordered, but they also failed to bring out the accompanying veggies. It was clear that the staff had no regard for accuracy or basic customer satisfaction. To make matters worse, they even forgot to bring out one of the sides of fries that we had ordered.Overall, my experience at Buffalo Wild Wings was nothing short of a nightmare and I will not be returning anytime soon.
