Hungry Howie's Pizza - Alpena

I placed an online order this afternoon around 3:30 for pickup at 5:30. Unfortunately, both pizzas seemed to have been made earlier than the scheduled pickup time, resulting in hard crusts. My dog enjoyed them, but he eats just about anything. Additionally, the large chef's salad I ordered was supposed to include cucumbers, which I paid extra for, but they were missing. I left a generous tip for my pickup order, so this was quite disappointing.

Be sure to have good hearing because they simply left the pizza on the porch without ringing the doorbell or knocking.

I was in the mood for Bosco sticks, but they no longer offered them, so I opted for the mozzarella-filled cheese bread instead. The gentleman who took my order was friendly and efficient, heading to the kitchen right away to prepare it. My order was ready in just 9 minutes, which was the estimated time. I arrived at 8:00 PM, and by 8:09, it was all set—talk about quick service! Unfortunately, the same couldn't be said for the woman who brought out my cheese bread. She had a complete frown on her face and seemed to look down on me, which was quite off-putting.

Nice to have another option for food in town, but don't ya think another pizza place is really not needed? How about a dave and busters or something like that with arcade games being a good family time, I wasn't to impressed with the pizza or Bread sticks, way to much garlic was used and both under cooked, I haven't had anything else from there so I can't really say much about that, and the big fella behind the counter, very professional, kind and courtious, Chris was his

I ordered at 7:00 pm and didn't get my food until 9:15 after several calls. After opening the food it was obviously cooked at 7:00 and I didn't get what I ordered. I called back and was told they would remake the sandwich and send it right out. An hour goes by and no sandwich and they are fricking closed! Never never again.
