My wife and I were in Alpena searching for a local, non-chain restaurant when we stumbled upon this gem, and we're so glad we did. We both ordered the pot roast special of the day, and it was fantastic, with very generous portions. Our waitress was friendly and incredibly helpful. We will definitely be returning!

I'd give it 3.5 if I could. Service was nice. Our waitress was respectful and nice. Great toast. Great hash browns. No protein. Eggbeating wasn't so good. Ham tasted like lunch meat and not fresh ham. The Turkish sausage tasted questionable, but still good. Good bacon. When you visit, go anywhere first.
