Our server named Paula was so wonderful and so kind, she made our night more enjoyable. My daughter even posed for a photo with her before we left to remember our lovely evening. We will be back soon.

It needs a better Management system, this is the 4th time we are here and they forget the utensils, or the plates, we asked for plates to 3 different waiters and we decided to grab utensils from Different tables, every time is supper frustrating. It’s such a shame I hate giving bad reviews unfortunately it’s that bad. Can you imagine having to eat your food with out utensils after asking 3 different people for them?? Our food ended up cold, my kids exited to eat with there hands but I was waiting for my drink to swallow my food!! It would have been funny but it wasn’t !! Don’t recommend it if you are hungry or want a good experience.

When we sat down it took us a while to get someone to take our drinks order and then took another 20 minutes to get them. We then had to hunt down someone to take our order. Food came out pretty quick. It was nothing special. Pre prepared food that was fried. The mains came out just after the entree and as predicted the food was full of sauces and the quality was very sub standard. They covered up the quality with the thick sweet american sauces. Dessert was also pre prepared. Basically we paid 250 euro for 7 adults which was way too much considering the food was all pre prepared frozen food. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Do your self a favour and find some other place to have a meal.

While staff are anno... read more I really like Fridays but when the staff sings happy birthday it ruins the experience. I don't want to hear this when I go to a restaurant. While staff are annoying the customers who have already ordered they are not helping those who haven't ordered yet because they are occupied with doing something that isn't necessary. Is this gimmick to please one or two families really worth annoying everybody else? Sometimes the service can be slow. Yesterday we had to wait for the staff to finish happy birthday then once seated it took a while for a staff member to take our order. Then had to endure a second happy birthday. I have always liked the food and cocktails that I've ordered; although the cocktails are over-priced. My favorite dish is the baby back ribs.
