What John Mukromin doesn't like about Johnny's Aman Central Mall, Alor Setar:
We waited for 40 minutes for our order and not even a single drink was served to our table. The table that came after us already got their steamboat and drinks. I saw the kitchen staffs were not doing anything at all. When i asked for my orders then i saw the staff just print the order and give it to the kitchen staff. Bad service. Very poor management. Service without a smile! Food not bad but cashier very rude! Air cond not working and lots of mosquitoes in d restaurant but the staff couldnt be bothered! Thumbs down!
Monday to Friday special discount from 12-3pm. Very nice western restaurant
Love the steamboat...anyway the soup a bit plane taste..
