Black Canyon Aman Central Alor Setar

I have my lunch when I arrived at Aman Central at 2:00. The outlet was almost full of customers. The staff treat it smoothly, food preparation takes only about 20 minutes per table. I ordered chicken padkrapaw for my meals of the day. But the only undercut is the padkrapaw are too dry, and there is a burning smell instead of wok hei, perhaps the cook rushed how many orders have to be clarified. As far as food is concerned, my honest assessment would be only 3 stars, but due to the great attitude of the employees it earned a total of 4 stars. Hopefully, management will improve in the future.

I haven't eaten long in this joint. Usually all foods were top notch in taste, but this time around some were quite salty and simply lubricated, salty. And... it wouldn't hurt a waiter to be a little warm when he asked about the drunk drinks service.

The staff was nice. The food was good. The chicken was okay, but the sauce wasn't so good.

Recomended for good service.. The food is delicious.. The staff are very helpful. And their service is quiet fast with full house.. And their robot server is too cute.
