Balqis Tomyam Thai Cafe - Alor Setar

Food: Variety of menu offered. Portion besar tapi rasa average. Mungkin boleh improve lagi masakan tu. Service: very poor. Unfriendly and rude staff. Most of the reviews here also state the same thing about the weakness of the staff in terms of customer service skills. Environment: Although this cafe has a large space with many tables to cater to a large crowd and deco yang cantik, yet the environment is very unwelcoming. Terlalu banyak do 's and dont 's yang customer kena baca yang diletakkan sepanjang kedai. Antaranya: tiada toilet di sini , makanan tak habis, nak bungkus, sila layan diri , tak boleh tukar menu ikan siakap etc. Please consider bagitau all these things directly to customers rather than paste it all over the cafe. It is hoped that all the above comments will be considered and improved to increase customer satisfaction effectively.

Makanan biasa ja...the service are quite poor plus staff there aren't quite friendly...the prices are affordable... I don't suggest you to repeat if you bring your family but this place is nice if you want to hangout with your friends

Various western and thai food can be found here. there is also a busker singing the song as you enjoy the food. quality and service is very good..

If you're really hungry, I don't suggest coming here ... I still can't get food for almost an hour. the shop isn't crowded at the time ..
