Don't mind t... read more Wow.. my family and I had high hopes for this place since it's popular. I DONT KNOW WHY! Burger meat was bland. One of the burgers was cooked rare. Don't mind that but it's a fast food place. You don't get a choice. Suppose to be cooked all the way. All 3 burgers had way too much sauce and made the buns really soggy. Vampire burger was disappointing. Blazin hot pepper chicken sandwich had a tasty sauce but too much of it. Seriously McDanolds plain cheeseburger has better seasoning and sauce management than Burgerville. Oh the GreenBean fries are pretty good. I like them. Don't get much but they're good. Service sucks even with 8 people. Takes awhile for food to come out even when there's not many people inside and in the drive through. AND they ask for a tip at the register when you pay. Shakes are pretty good. All in all. I'd pick another burger joint to go to.

I was expecting a upgrade from mcdonald’s and it definitely wasn’t. the onion rings could have been ok had they not been overcooked.I do have to say that the milkshake was delicious!
