I tried to order something not on the menu, and was told they could do it for me. My partner has the grilled sardines which were perfect. We took our dogs with us, so had a table on the beach with many other pet owners.

Excellent food and service in a beautiful, tucked away cove. I could have stayed all day. Really recommend the house white. We never miss out on a few visits here albeit sometimes parking can be a problem especially on a fine sunny weekend, so time your visit accordingly. Although there’s step access to most tables for eating there’s seating available at beach level for wheelchairs.

Although it is very popular and the food in general is good the restaurant is slowly loosing it's authenticy and becoming a fast food factory. The staff are efficient and run around so fast that you become dizzy They have little time to make you feel at ease to enjoy the venue. You feel that this place has become foremost a money making machine with glossy menus and Nestle sponsored deserts. I just wish the owners would stand back a little and find a happy medium between authenticy, profitability and perennial existence.
