On a friend’s suggestion, I visited Restaurante Firmvm last night and was grateful I’d reserved a table online—the outdoor terrace filled up within minutes. Tucked into a quaint square away from the seafront, the restaurant offers attentive service and outstanding cuisine. The Pork Tomahawk was a standout—perfectly cooked and easily the best pork I’ve enjoyed in years.
Highly recommend. Went there and took the Classics Firmvm experience with multiple dish that come one after the other. All of those were great. The personal is super nice and friendly, I can only say try it yourself, you won 't be disappointed !
Next level. The food is creative, sophisticated and truly tasty. Wonderful wine selection. The owner was very attentive. Really special deserves a Michelin star!
A big shout out for the tapas bar annexed to this restaurant. We have previously eaten in the restaurant (excellent) but decided to have some tapas. The menu was quite varied, with good choices and the portions were bigger than expected. We had avocado with pulled pork, rice with rabo de toro and strips of fried chicken. The quality of the food was excellent. Really good value for money. We shall return.
Fantastic Experience! We were two adults and three teenagers, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The food and wine were delicious, and the service was excellent – friendly and relaxed, striking just the right balance. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a luxury dining experience without the formality.

What a beautiful modern restaurant with lovely calm ambience. From the moment we arrived the staff were welcoming and helpful. The wine list was extensive with a range of prices, we selected a Rioja and a locally produced white both were great. The food was sublime and beautifully cooked. I’d go back to Almunecar purely to visit this restaurant.
This is our 6th visit in a short space of time. We only discovered it 2 years ago wish we had been before. It is utterly outstanding food, wines service. For lunchtime eat inside as it’s cool away from the heat. The crisp white table cloths, napkins beautfiful glasses crockery could make you think you are in a Michelin star restaurant. We opted for the set lunch menu which is excellent value at 35 euros pp. Amuse bouche, artisan bread from nearby baker in Motril, 4 courses plus sorbet palate cleanser made from local mangoes. This truly is heavenly to visit! Ask your waiter for wine pairings too very reasonable pricing. We have also been for the set 9 course evening dinner delicious and interesting just make sure you starve yourself in the day! During the evening we love to sit outside in their terrace on the plaza as it’s so buzzy. Wonderful restaurant even if you just visit for drinks enjoy their tapas. We will be back soon.
This is the best restaurant in Almunecar. It is very fancy, and thus it is not the cheapest place to eat, but the prizes are reasonable considering the level of the food and the service. Upon arrival you get an appetizer as well as two pieces of freshly made bread with tasty olive oil, sea salt and cream cheese. Their menu includes several choices of meat and seafood, as well as vegetarian. They also offer a tasting menu for both lunch and dinner (the portions are quite big even though there are many dishes). All their dishes are beautifully presented, and with interesting combinations of ingredients. I had their tuna tataki with mango sauce, avocado, almond sorbet and mango and it was one of the best food experiences I have had. Be sure not to miss out on their desserts! The service is top notch and the decorations inside is very fancy. Our waitress was very friendly, professional and great at explaining the dishes and recommending drinks, When we were here for lunch we got two types of desserts on the house! You might need to book a table in advance. If you are in for a food-experience, this is the place. Also; if you plan the tasting menu for dinner you will need some time (we sat there for five hours).
Excellent food and service. We ordered a lot of different dishes and everyone were satisfied and agreed on this to be one of the best food experiences in Almuñécar so far. We also got a delicious octopus as a starter/tapas. The desserts were especially beautiful presented. Big portions!
We went at lunchtime for the tasting menu which is quite remarkable value for €35 per person. Each course was exciting and beautifully cooked and presented. Service was warm, friendly and knowledgeable throughout. The wine list is impressive and offers even better value (and quality! than the food. A fantastic range of local and other Spanish wines are available for each course from only €3. A tremendous dining experience.

It's worth the experience. a different card with very good first pairing products. attended by an excellent team.
We ask for the burrata (generous in quantity and quality,) oil tasting (perhaps excessive but would ask again,) canelon and fish of the day. Perhaps the worst of all the fish, excellent the garrison of creamy potato and vegetables, but the fish a little past and dry; for the next one would change. The magnificent and very complete desserts, especially the cheesecake. of the few times we leave a restaurant with the feeling that desserts are reasonable and even cheap. bread is of good quality and the deal is correct. giving a plus to some aspects such as the local (cuberry, decoration, etc) and the service, is not so far from being able to choose a star with the new criteria. We'll be back soon, without a doubt the best there is to show at least a day today.
One of my favorite restaurants. for lovers of gourmet cuisine. the menu of tasting with pairing is spectacular.
Without a doubt, it is the best restaurant to show both quality of products and staff. Yesterday I went with a friend and the girl who attended us was very kind and I knew how to advise us a lot. The dishes came out very fast and they were rich. prices are of the most coherent and accessible. I repeat without doubt
