We had heard of this place in an YouTube channel, when this place had just opened. This place grows most of the restaurant 's requirements on the family 's farm, and hence freshness is their key USP. My daughter had a ragi base chicken pizza, while wifey and I shared a Rs.850/ priced full sized Kumaoni thaali. The pizza was very very nice, while the Thali food was good (not great), although the jholi (akin to the kadhi of North India 's kadhi pakori) was rather nice. One time visit is good enough.
I visited first time in 2016 and liked this cafe very much. The ambience was good and the food quality was great. But now it is not the same place anymore. Not properly maintained with time. The food quality is below average. Cost is inflated w.r.t the food quality and quantity. Not recommended.
I have been to the restaurant many a times, but this time I was surprised with the lack of maintenance of the place. The chairs were wobbly, there were things of all kinds kept on the bench of the outdoor sitting. Paint coming out of the walls in many areas. All in all was a sad feeling. We had pasta and a pizza which was okay. I have fond memories of the place when there were hardly any places to eat in Mukteshwar. Hope it will return to the good old days.
This café in Mukteshwar is simply stunning, with seating options available both inside and outdoors amongst the flowers. We tried their Ragi-based pizzas and absolutely loved them. The Indian cuisine was also deliciously prepared. The presentation was fantastic, the staff was pleasant, and the music was enjoyable. We had a fantastic experience overall.
