Very enjoyable place to eat, with an excellent menu and views out across the ocean. The waiter was very helpful, the food was well prepared and it was an enjoyable meal. I am also happty to report that the toilets (important at my age) were clean, with lockable doors and all that one might need.
Such a disappointment. We had to wait 30 minutes just to order. We had to call the staff so many times every time. They were definitely under staffed and never stopping. I don't understand why the person at the bar is not helping them instead of chatting with customers. The food was too expensive and disappointing too. Trust me, go somewhere else.
Disastrous service upon arrival. To begin with, there were 6 of us, it was half empty and we asked them to set us up with 3 tables instead of two to be more comfortable since there were plenty of them, and from then on everything went wrong since even that bothered them. The waiters fighting among themselves, especially a thin one with very bad manners both to the public and to his colleagues. Later, when ordering, we asked for a sirloin with whiskey and when it arrived it was not sirloin, it was shredded meat and of poor quality. A scrambled ham and prawns that the only thing that was scrambled was the egg because it did not have potatoes. We also ordered a salmorejo that wasn't salmorejo but rather gazpacho with small pieces of ham... Come on, it was all wrong. The only saving grace was a waiter who was super attentive and distinguished himself from the rest since he was the only professional who seemed to be there. A place not to return.
Terrible attention from the waiters. I already had lunch once and I did not like it and to give a second chance today we have returned and of course to put an end to it. I wouldn't go back even for a beer. He needs a good renewal of the squad with desire and knowing how to be.
We went last Saturday and ate very good fresh product and nothing rations. We ate very rich black rice and so boquerones and fresh puntilists point out that they were spectacular, difficult or impossible to find in the central area of Matalascańas. the very friendly and attentive waiter.
