For lunch you can get per made (Turkish fast food) dishes kept warm as something quick and tasty, or spend time looking for something you like in a menu which will take longer. Incredible, it's perfect. the rice they gave me was the best rice I've ever eaten (usually only eat the dish). it's so good, you should try.
They have beautiful Turkish food for reasonable price, it is also very close to the central park of almaty.
Nice atmosphere and reasonable prices. Meats are perfect btw.
