Golden Shisha - Almaty

Please do not go to this place. Although there was nothing wrong with the shisha or food, an incident happened where a local guy started to insult me as I am a foreigner of colour from London. The staff saw and heard everything and did nothing he should have been told to leave, but instead I was told to move inside. I felt like I was the one to blame and that the staff were on his side (I did nothing wrong apart from enjoying my shisha). When my friend spoke to the manager, all she said was ‘sorry’ with a big grin on her face! Really disappointed more in how the staff treated the incident more than the actual incident itself. Will never go back there!

Nice atmosphere and service. The chicken quesadilla was killer!

Nothing special, haven’t tried shisha though. But food was good

A good place to smoke the shisha. It seems to be a pretty popular place, with multiple places to sit (outside, inside and downstairs). During our visit there was no personnel who spoke English. We couldn't find out if there was a choice of flavour for the shisha.
