Contribute FeedbackEs uno de esos restaurantes en los que han entendido que comer bien va de la mano con la buena atención y presentación de sus platos. Su cocina es de base tradicional y producto de muy buena calidad. Destaco los gazpachos manchegos que hemos comido en varias ocasiones, pasando por las pochas con almejas, el arroz meloso de pollo de corral, trufa y queso manchego especial de la casa. Es muy interesante visitar su bodega, se puede comer y beber muy bien por 30 €. Su visita en Almansa es obligada.
El Café-Restaurante es el corazón del Hotel Blu de Almansa. La cocina tradicional y mediterránea es la base de nuestra gastronomía y los gazpachos manchegos son el plato estrella.
