I was on the way to Costa da Caparica with my girlfriend when we wandered into this small restaurant with an 'lets grab a snack ' attitude. We ended eating ourself sensless as anything we tried blew our minds. The love that is put into preparation of the food and the level of service is incredible. I can 't wait to go back and show this to my friends as its a proper secret gem. Keep up the good work as we will return!

We found his place looking for lunch from the city restaurant and trying to get away from tourist attractions. we were thrilled by the hospitality and care of t... read more We found his place looking for lunch from the city restaurant and trying to get away from tourist attractions. we were thrilled by the hospitality and care of the owner. menus were in portugese, but the owner/cook beat his own menu, some were not even on the menu. There were no tourist that gave the place the whole charm. 4 of us had 5 courses including 2 bottled house wine and 4 coffee and it was good under 60 euro. we loved this place so that we will come back in a few days. a lot of luck, they believe in what they do!
