This place is disgusting!.. The guy at the counter looks exhausted and the waitress/cook has an attitude! Strange place! Last but not least, the pastries I had were not good. View all feedback.
Popped in for a quick bite glad we did as really true vale for money and you know when a place is good when all the locals are using it

I had a short stop here,on my way to Cristo Rei monument. It 's a small pastelaria (a pastry specialized restaurant) placed in the square where a lot of means of transportation ends(boats, trams, buses). It has a nice outside terrace.I tried some local pastries, including the famous pasteis de nata, all were very tasty.OK staff, not all of them speak english.
Good place for a quick lunch or coffee after getting off the ferry. Don't expect smiles but efficient staff and good value. Not sure why all the tourists in the reviews are complaining about the staff not speaking English... you are in Portugal you cannot expect everyone to speak your language. Learn a few basic words or just go to the counter and point at the menu on the wall to order.
Muito bom, Pastelaria agradável, empregados simpáticos, e comida muito boa. Um lugar a voltar sempre que me seja possível.
